About your Roommates; You'll be sharing the home with two women in their mid-to-late 30s, both of whom have cats. One is a yoga instructor, artist, and herbal medicine practitioner who enjoys the strange, unusual, and magical side of life. The other is a full-time bassist in a touring band, as well as an artist, plant lover, and collector of curious oddities. Together we've created a relaxed, creative household where everyone values respect, individuality, and the peaceful natural surroundings. About Me I'm 42 years old queer male. I purchased the home in 2019 and have spent the past several years restoring the landscape and creating a comfortable, welcoming place to live. I live on site, in a small apartment that is attached to the house. My interests include gardening, animals, arts and crafts, rock hounding, staying active, and creative home improvement projects that add character to the property. I am somewhat eccentric and am neuro-divergent. Move-in Costs; Application fee: $35, paid directly to Zillow when you submit your application. Holding Deposit: $365 (non-refundable), due on or before your move-in date. Pet policy: No pet deposit required. Pets are welcome for an additional $5/month per pet. First month's rent: Rent is prorated based on your move-in date. For example, moving in on August 3 would make your prorated August rent $725, plus the $5 monthly pet fee (if applicable), along with the security/holding deposit if it hasn't already been paid.
