The Guest bath has a shower/tub combination, and there is a half bath off of the Living/Kitchen area. The living room has a large, screened TV and the kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3, and there is a balcony that overlooks Mandalay Street. The living room sofa has a pull-out sofa bed.
