hiSo the set up is a two story home. It has a 2 room flat upstairs and one room downstairs where I stay. Both rooms upstairs are available. I have lived in the bay area for 10 plus years and this is a great set up. It has a front and back yard and is a spacious 1700 sq ft home. The top floor has a nice size patio. Easy access to the highway. Very close to Bart as well. This is a quiet location with good neighbors. Prefer a person whom has a 9 to 5 or similar. Whom has a steady job and rental history. Whom has respect for others. This is a humble home. If this sounds good to you that is great.
