The home is completely furnished with EVERYTHING you will need to escape the winter cold. We have a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, large TV with Xfinity service, and internet. Utilities are included and capped at $250 on the monthly rental. The property has a comfortable screened porch overlooking the canal for morning coffee and tennis/pickle ball courts for your workout and social activity. There is a floating dock on the deep water canal and an outdoor barbecue grill. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a cute set of twin beds. The area is known for its many hiking and walking trails, local rivers, and preserves. Local sites: Wakulla Springs Park is a 24-minute ride, St. Mark's Lighthouse and Preserve is 38 minutes, St. George Island is 1hr.17 mins., Apalachicola 1hr 14 mins, Florida State University 43 mins. Dollar General 10 mins, Walmart 23 mins Utilities are included but capped at $250.00. Any overage will be billed. We are a pet-friendly property but all pets must be leashed in the community. The beach is also dog-friendly. Just be neighborly and pick up after your pooch. The property is non-smoking.
