This is a raised ranch that has a warm homey feel to it. The upstairs(kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallway were recently painted an off white as of September '11. We've lived in this home for 28 years as of 10/13. The downstairs is one large family/play room. There is also an under the stairs storage area. There's a hallway which leads to the 4th bedroom next to the garage. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is gorgeous, great for young families with kids and older families as well. The homes are close enough to socialize with neighbors but far enough apart to maintain privacy. Fleetwood Drive is off RT.39 and is a 1/2 mile circle with plenty of trees and the only traffic are the folks who live on Fleetwood. The homes are all unique, so it's not a street filled with track homes. It's quiet, schools are close by, and so is Stop N' Shop. This is why we've lived in our home at 24 Fleetwood Drive for 28 years. All of our three kids were brought up here and went through New Fairfield's school system. We recommend it highly!
