This is one of the most popular communities in New Castle County as it is only a mile away from downtown Newark and the University of Delaware. As a matter of fact, there are so many brand new restaurants, businesses, sports and entertainment in Newark that it is absolutely wonderful. Not only that, Christianstead homes have minimum 1/2 acre lots & lots of good views and privacy. The only way that this house is available is because the owners are being transferred by their company. Otherwise, they'd like to stay right here! Purchased just a couple of years ago, Current Owners have done a tremendous amount of renovation & upgrades. My favorite part of this house is the wide open kitchen & family room area. The wall has been taken out and now looks much more modern.
