Tenant is responsible for electricity, Internet, cable, Wi-Fi, and any other boat slip fees if parking your boat in the summertime is an additional fee. You will have to obtain a chain-o-lakes permit so you don't get in trouble and get a fine for not having it.
Washer and dryer is on site less than a block away down at the pavilion where the pool is located in the pavilion and clubhouse and pool are located.

Fees collected prior to moving in are as follows:
First Months Rent, security deposit and depending on credit the last months rent may also be required. Plus the condo association $500 application fee, $50 per animal registration fee and boat or storage fees, as applicable.
The condo association charges a one time $500 application fee when you first move in. It must be paid to get your vehicle stickers and ID cards to use all the amenities. HOA also charges $50 per pet for pet applications. Winter boat storage is $350. Summer boating slips are available please inquire if interested.
Pool, clubhouse, parks, trails and beach, all amenities are free to all residents and their guests. Ample parking available.

Tenant Must obey all the condo association by-laws, rules and regulations. Tenant is responsible for all fines and fees incurred while living on the premises for any and all reasons.
Tenant is responsible for transferring all utilities except the water bill because that must remain in the owners name for legal reasons. Thus, the water bill remains is owners name.
Tenant must put ComEd/Electric, North Shore Gas, private security camera (if desired), renters inurance contents coverage for personal property, WiFi and entertainment packages are tenants responsibilities.
