Walking distance to downtown. Quiet and kid friendly neighborhood. No large pets as the yard is not fenced. I work in the yard Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-4. You may drop by with appointment. Available July 1st or earlier with adjustment. No short term lease, prefer very long term. Rent+you pay all utilities. Garage and deck are not included in the rent. I am keeping my stuff and yard equipment in the garage for storage, and therefore will be there now and then to access garage and pick up mail. The deck is in need of repair and will be fixed later.
