Looking for a tenant to take over our lease as soon as possible. The lease ends July 22, 2017 with the option to renew at that time. Currently there are no available pet apartments in the complex except this one so take advantage of this deal! The apartments are tucked in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Green Mountain. This location is literally right in the center of everything. You have access to the RTD Light rail (1.2 miles away) or a quick drive to Denver via 6th Ave, the mountains via I-70, and Downtown Golden and the Colorado Mills. The apartment also comes with access to a heated indoor pool, 24-hr fitness center, backdoor access to hiking at Green Mountain Park, and a picnic area to host a barbecue. There is laundry onsite and parking on site (garage parking available for extra cost). Most pets are welcome (some breed restrictions) for an additional $75 a month. Heat/Trash/Sewage is included in the rent The apartment if available as soon as possible. We will just need a weeks notice to move out. There will be a $65 application fee through the front office. We have really enjoyed our stay here and really hate to leave, but we have purchased a house and now have to give up this beautiful apartment.
