Mobile home in a trailer park. Sara Oaks Trailer Park. This is a sold as is by owner listing. It is a fixer upper. This is a 2 bedroom 2 full bath home. Current lot rent is $275. I am not the owner of the trailer park just the owner of the home itself. Approval to live in the park has to go through the park first. The trailer can be moved if proper permits from the city of Saraland but does not have to be moved. Owner of the park does not allow for it to be rented. There is 2 window AC units caulked (by previous owner) in both bedrooms. The HVAC on the outside was replaced in the summer of 2024. AC and heat works. As for the problems with the trailer. There are 2 soft spots that the subfloors need to be replaced (main bedroom's closet and a spot in the livingroom.) there are a few holes in the walls need to be repaired. Two windows have cracks (a kitchen window and the window in the main bedroom) rooftop needs to be resealed. Front door needs to be replaced. The flooring is mislayed (by previous owner)
