OUR OPINION: We LOVE this spot. This condo style rental sits on the 4th floor of boutique walk up building. The finishes are very nice, including medium tone hardwood floors, Bosch stacked Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, recessed lighting, tastefully designed bathroom, modern kitchen with ample storage & large island, and a balcony. This rental simply has a great vibe, and is the perfect match for anyone looking for a 1 bedroom with outdoor space. There is a private balcony off the unit, and a shared roof parcel. THE LOCATION: The building stands between timeless brownstones and 2-5 family homes that line the street, which is covered by tall trees and greenery. The location is very peaceful, while the Graham Avenue L, and all the restaurants and shops that surround it, are just steps away. For those who are savvy to the Bedford L area, and not the Graham Ave L the difference in your commute is only about 5 minutes.
