If you apply with more than one applicant, we will use the highest credit score in the group to represent the group. 6. Background only relevant criminal history will have a negative impact on application. 7. Evictions no evictions within the last 4 years. Exceptions any eviction records that: a. Did not end in judgement for the landlord b. Have been sealed c. Have been withdrawn or marked satisfied or settled, discontinued and ended d. Were filed during the COVID-19 emergency period e.
