It is 5 minutes from Downtown Lebanon, 45 minutes from Downtown Nashville and 35 minutes from the BNA Nashville International Airport. The room for rent is located upstairs, across the hall from the bathroom. It is bedroom #2 per the floorplan that is provided. The home is adequately spacious and is supplied with a washer and dryer. The kitchenware, utensils and appliances would all be accessible for use with the expectation that we clean up after ourselves. Utilities are split, which are, internet, heat and water while I cover the ADT security system on the home. There is a security deposit requirement of $795 that is returned at the end of the lease. A background check, credit report, proof of employment are all required for serious inquires. For myself, I am a 35 year old military veteran. I am currently going to school pursuing my degree in Project Management, and am employed as a biomedical engineer working on hemostasis coagulation instrumentation. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, cooking, shooting my cross bow, traveling and reading.
