For unfurnished, the rent is $1500/ month (electricity and heating oil not included). First full month's rent ($1500), security deposit (another $1500), and credit check fee ($35/per tenant on the lease) are all due at signing of lease, plus any pro-rated amount for the first partial month if not moving in on the 1st of the month. The house can also be rented partially furnished, with some really great furniture for $1600/month. Minimum 1-year lease - other arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis.
