It is located in a the small town of Carthage, SD. If you are looking for quiet, small town living, this is the place for you. If you want to be able to take a drive and look at native scenery and wildlife, this also will suit you. There is a small lake nearby that also has its own SD state park and boat ramp for camping and fishing. We would strongly encourage a year lease, but can be negotiable depending on the situation.
