Small 2 bedroom 1 bath home on beautiful crooked lake. Looking for a season renter through the winter fall, winter, spring months. Owner pays all utilities. We are currently paying cable and can keep it that way if renter wants to add that amount to their rent or they can get it separately. No smoking inside the home. Lease duration will not exceed 6 months. We have the flexibility to do a month to month agreement. If renter wants to co to use to stay into summer months we can leave that possibility open as well. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal on property as they deem necessary.
