It's within easy walking distance to TripAdvisor's top rated restaurants, three of the best breakfast places on the island - Ne Ne's, Empire Bagels and Doreen's; Marco's favorite pizza place, Joey's Pizza; Thai Sushi and Verdi's fine dining, as well as Resident's Beach.
