I also would consider unfurnishing the apartment. I will also rent for a 6-month lease. Price is for 6-month lease. Building has laundry room but no extra storage. No smoking in the building or in the apartment and no pets are allowed. My rental policy is that I will take 2 people in unit maximum. Unit is partially furnished for this price.
