Gated community with close parking and friendly neighbors who I know well. Includes access to neighborhood pool outside of winter months, and neighborhood gym access included. First floor unit, with ground level walk up balcony that has a view of the park. Washer dryer included, hardwood floors, and lots of recently installed windows for good insulation. Full kitchen. This is my only property and I work from home, so if you need anything I am readily available. There is also a on site full time HOA manager that regularly sends out community updates, notices, etc... No furniture included, earliest move in date is April 3rd. Owner pays for water, renter is responsible for gas and electric. Pets allowed, with registration and one time pet fee. One year+ lease is preferred but negociable. HOA does all exterior maintenance, renter responsible for maintaining balcony. No Airbnb, no smoking inside. Rent is late after the 5th with 5% fee, after the 10th with 10% fee, 15th with 15% fee.
