The unit features beautiful oak floors in the living room, dining room and hallway- foyer, kitchen and bathroom are ceramic tile. The eat in kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances (dishwasher included). The updated bathroom included a jacuzzi tub. The unit has central heating and AC as well as ceiling fans throughout. The private balcony is big enough for a bistro set and small grill. It's a great unit and will again rent quickly.
