Building has been around for 6 years and I've been the 1st and only owner of the apartment. I'm looking to sublease it yearly to a very responsible consistently working individual. There's a laundry room, roof top, community room and computer room located in the building as amenities. I'm looking for someone who keeps to themselves and is willing to sublease. I'm moving to another state and would like to rent this. Only considering serious candidates who can produce current pay stubs, work letter, and has deposit and 1st month rent ready to move in. Please be advised that this is a SUBLEASE agreement. I will be moving to another state and will be renting this apartment on a yearly sublease agreement. There are no pets allowed in this apartment. Electric is paid through Con-Ed. Renter is responsible to sign into the account and manage/pay. I will provide the renter the Con-Ed username and password to access the bill. The bill normally isn't more than $60-80 depending on how you use the Heat/AC etc. There's built in cooling and heating. you will not need to purchase a window AC. There's no available parking in the garage. If there's any issues you will be contacting me directly to facilitate repairs, plumbing etc. The apartment will be left empty and ready for agreed move in date. You can facetime or video to see the apartment. I will accept visits, but it is highly recommended that you video tour 1st if possible due to Covid.
