There are 2 computer desks with office chairs as well as two 6 core desktop computers with a color printer/scanner. A table with 4 chairs are provided in the dinning room and four patio chairs with 2 side tables are located in the lanai. The master bedroom has a six drawer dresser, two night stands, a queen bed, 32 inch TV, and a ceiling fan. The utility room has a washer and a dryer with some extra storage space. No pets are permitted and no smoking is allowed inside the home, garage or the lanai. We are looking for someone who is capable of taking good care of the home during our 7 month absence. A 2nd bedroom could be made available for guests at an extra monthly cost to the tenant.
