Very close to West County bike trails. The studio cottage is tastefully furnished with a queen bed, couch, coffee table, table with 2 chairs, tv, and kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, kettle, and built-in 2-burner electric cooktop), and has everything you need for your stay. The bathroom has been nicely remodeled and has a walk-in shower. Laundry is not included but a laundromat is within 5 minutes walking distance. Wagon provided! Minimum rental is 1 month but longer rentals (3-12 months) are preferred. Rent includes utilities. Well-behaved pets are negotiable, with pet deposit. No smoking on the property. Parking is on the street but it's free and easy (you can easily park in front of the house). This place is great for a tidy, single occupant or quiet couple.
