Very close to West County bike trails also. The studio cottage has recently been remodeled with a full kitchen. It is tastefully furnished with a queen bed with brand new mattress, couch, coffee table, table with 2 chairs, and tv, and has everything you need for your stay including linens, towels, and dishes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Laundry is not included but a laundromat is within 5 minutes walking distance. Wagon provided! Minimum rental is 3 months but longer rentals (6-12 months) are preferred. A discount of $100 off the first month's rent is available with a 6 (or longer) month lease. Rent includes utilities. Well-behaved small pets are negotiable, with pet deposit. No smoking on the property. Parking is on the street but it's free and easy. This place is ideal for a tidy, single occupant.
