The room has hardwood floors, a bay window for sunlight and lounging, a ceiling fan, queen size bed and walk in closet. The bathroom is spacious and private, and your bedroom/bathroom is at opposite end of the unit (kitchen, dining, living room in between your area and the other bed/bathroom) so there is good privacy for us both. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The common areas include a gas fireplace, small balcony and well equipped kitchen. The unit is on the third floor (of four floors) and the complex has a pool, jacuzzi, workout room, office area, game room with pool table and cable, elevators, and off street secure parking for 1 vehicle. I am a mature female and an executive in the clean technology industry. I live in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo by Balboa Park and the second bedroom/bathroom rarely get used so I'm looking for a short term month-to-month house share roommate situation (3-6 months). Being in cleantech, I am sustainable-minded, a sun seeker, hiker, occassional yogi, wine lover and a bit of a foodie. I try to golf once in a while but no one would accuse me of being a golfer. In terms of a roommate situation, I am a clean freak so that is probably important to know. The common areas (kitchen, living/dining room) are always tidy, but your own space can be as messy as you like of course. I do not drag strangers into our sanctuary for casual encounters and will ask the same. Given we are in a condo complex, there are quiet times we all try to respect. Ideal for a traveling nurse, professor, seasonal performer or corporate employee who want a safe, clean, quiet, respectful living vibe with the city and Balboa Park at your doorstep. Three to six month rent/lease (flexible). No smoking, no pets (sorry). I'm a self-confessed neat freak so similar would work best. Rent includes utility, wifi, garbage, water.
