The apartment is roughly 825 square feet with a dual vanity bathroom (two sinks) and huge California closet with built-in shelving. A built-in washer dryer comes with the apartment. Tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen, carpet in the living room. There is a balcony which easily sits two people. Gated parking is provided. And the best part - the apartment comes with a wall-mounted flat screen tv already installed, and it's yours to keep when you move out! This apartment is unfurnished - sorry. However, I am selling some of my furniture or appliances, so feel free to ask about things you may need! You can move in anytime after January 21, 2016.
