At Rivers Landing, we do have a two-bedroom apartment that will be vacant. It is a 900 sq. ft. unit that rents for $659/mo.. Tenants pay for electricity and cable/Internet. Application fee = $35. Security Deposit = one month's rent We have not yet prepared this apartment for the next tenant. If someone wishes to sign a Lease we will work with them to make it ready. Our company has different locations, and we are turning over and renovating apartments in order of signed Leases. Basic qualifications that we look for in our tenants are 640+ credit score, monthly gross income 4x the amount of monthly rent, pay stubs from current employer(s), good rental history, and verified information from submitted application. We do not allow for dogs. Cats are okay with $100 fee + $20/mo. pet rent. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
