The location is perfect, with only 5 minutes walking distances to Buffalo Bayou Park and Whole Foods, and only half mile to HEB. The apartment has washer and dryer inside, as shown in the photos. The photos in this listing show the exact room. Everything is perfect in this room. We have a new born baby so we chose this luxury apartment. We need to sublease this apartment as we plan to move to Denver in early March. Absolutely, we will perfectly clean the apartment before we move out.
