2401 Brook Lane is one of my favorite little cottages we bought from a horticulturist that did a beautiful job of planting year-round blooming perennials and trees throughout the yard. It has a cozy family room with stone hearth and woodburning insert, 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, walkout dining room adjoining family room and eat-in kitchen with all appliances and new laminate flooring in kitchen and dining room, laundry, and attached garage with electric opener, all main level living. Master bedroom and dining room both have tiled-entry walkouts to a wooden pergola covered grilling patio with wooden benches and grape arbor in back. Lovely River Birch trees provide shade. Directions are: Go north on Tuttle Creek Boulevard to Walters Drive, turn right (east) on Walters to Butterfield. Brook Lane is a crescent shaped street on your right about mile, it is right on the corner of Butterfield and Brook Lane (if you take the second one you don t have to wind around). The rent is $950 per month. Their association fee I believe is $85 now, which pays water, trash, snow removal of the street, and use of the locked tornado shelter across the street. Pets must be approved by landlord, with a $300 pet deposit.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
