UC Berkeley Student Only! My son is at UC Berkeley. He applied for student housing and got a double room in Blackwell, but later he submitted cancellation. The cancellation didn't go through somehow. UCB will allow him out of the contract if another student takes his housing in Blackwell. Blackwell is a very new building and popular. $2200/mo including meal plan in dorm.
