The condo's location allows for quick access to the 101, 202, and 60. Walking paths are nearby as well as convenient shopping at both Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview. The condo is also only 5 minutes from ASU (by car). Renter is responsible for electricity. Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent price. A security deposit is due at signing ($1,900). No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Landlord has the right to enter rental property and will provide 2 days notice. Notice period doesn't apply and tenant's consent is presumed if the entry is because of tenant's request for maintenance. Landlord will require property visits every 3 months to check on condition/maintenance of property. One year lease is required. It is the tenant's responsibility to maintain clean and sanitary premises and to pay for any damage caused (excluding normal wear and tear). Tenant should not repair or make any alterations to the property. Tenant should alert landlord of any defective or dangerous conditions.
