OPEN HOUSESunday October 30, 2022, from 12:30 TO 2:30 This is a lovely ranch home located on a spacious lot. You will be living in a nice, safe neighborhood. This property is in the North end of town. Your home would be very private as houses in the neighborhood all have large yards. This is a non-smoking rental. There are no pets allowed. There is a carport for private parking. You are responsible for all utilities, gas, electricity, water, and trash. You are also responsible for lawn maintenance. If you do not maintain the lawn on a regular cycle then we will hire someone to come in and asses a fee for that service. There are trees around the properties and there are occasional root problems that may cause blockage. The tenant is responsible for applying ROOTX as a preventative measure once or twice a year. This will be provided to you. Maintenance (excluding lawn) will be contracted out by the landlord. It is the tenant's responsibility to let the maintenance worker in. You will be provided a lockbox that you can place outside to allow them access.
