Fixer uper, House is in poor condishion. needs lots of work & lots of updates to make this house a home agin. it has lots of posabilates.just depends on how much u want to put in to it, nice over sized cinder block double car grage/flu built in for a wood burning stove,needs new doors instaled.U can see once u get inside that this house has been added on too, more then once or twice, & that thay had'nt thought out the lay out very well. but with a good remodaling job & some time in thought it could be a great home... Neighborhood Description this neiborhood may not apear to be the greatest but it is alot better then one would thank. every one seems to look out for the other.if some one is looking around here & not reconized, will more then likly be ask what up,or what the **** thay r doing thier. it is quit & picefull for the most part. and friendly, when coming or going & If your neibor is out thay will node, wave, or holler a greeting...
