There is a large balcony overlooking the pool where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and the view. This unit has been "smoke free" for at least 20 years and has a basement storage bin. The unit is in very good condition although the kitchen has not been updated, and that is what makes this such a good value. The condo fee inculdes basic cable and everything else, except telephone.
