A 10kW rooftop solar array powers an electric heat pump (efficient heat and AC), all appliances, and a Level 2 EV charger, making this one of the most energy-efficient homes on the market. The house was re-insulated, so it holds temperature beautifully and is quiet, even on a corner lot. Inside: original oak hardwoods and updated tile, single-level living, abundant natural light, a gas stove for cooking, and big windows that let in light and look out onto a mature garden and yard. Outside: a south-facing garden space, producing cherry and plum trees, a two-car garage, and two garden sheds for storage. The backyard is fully fenced. Meticulously maintained by long-term owners. Pet friendly (specifics discussed with applicants). Location: Easy walking distance to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park, the neighborhood market, library, local restaurants, and the bowling alley. A nearby bus line connects to Link light rail for an easy commute to Seattle, SeaTac, and beyond. Utilities and terms: Electricity is a flat $150/month up to 11,000 kWh annually, well above the Shoreline-area average use of about 9,000 kWh.
