While some HOA restrictions seem harsh they provide peace of mind that you will have less worries about issues with neighbors or of the neighborhood losing its appeal over time. Tenants have full access to the community park maintained by the HOA. Pet fees are $150 non-refundable deposit + $15 per month per pet. Documented Service animal exemptions allowed.
