The only major repair it still needs at this point is new siding but with the right owner, I know this would be a wonderful investment! This is a for sale by owner home and not owner financed. Never bought a home for sale by owner? It's easy! The first step is to find yourself a lender. You can contact a bank such as Bank of America, RBFCU, ect., or you can find a mortgage banker like Supreme Lending (which is the mortgage company I used when I purchased the home). Once you're approved, the mortgage company handles the sale and title company (which I already have) does the rest. I only show the home to serious buyers who are already prequalified!
