Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom apartment has wood flooring throughout. The kitchen comes with good condition fridge/freezer, range (stove/oven), and dishwasher. The updated bathroom has a nice vanity w/cupboard and drawers below and mirror above sink. Bedroom has a fantastic wall-to-wall closet. The additional small hallway closet can "hide" the vacuum on one half and has shelving on the other half. The beautiful interior garden really says welcome home. The pool which was recently refinished seems already prepared for this upcoming summer. The laundry room has 3 washers and 4 dryers and has a key code password entry and so does the gate to access your assigned parking space which comes with a locker - you just provide a lock. The neighborhood is positioned for max convenience to transportation resources and so many great markets, restaurants, grocery, library, post office and banks. The park hosts baseball games, sometimes Pop Warner Football, and for several weeks annually there is a dog obedience class that is very entertaining in spring evenings. The laundry room code is similar, but different and is typed on the outer keypad.
