We moved too far away to enjoy it. It has always been well-loved and well-cared for. This we never an "investment" property for us, it was our family's happy place that we happened to rent during times we weren't using it. Brand new Air Conditioner, new recliners, new couch. Building-wide sliding doors are being replaced by HOA insurance in September (no cost new doors).
