I'm moving abroad for 6 months this fall/winter and am looking for someone to sublet my home while I'm away. My timeline is fairly flexible, but will likely be gone October/November until the end of March. I live on the top floor of my landlord's home where he lives with his 7-year-old daughter, so I'm looking for a non-smoker who's on the quieter side. My landlord covers all utilities + wifi, so the rent is all you pay. There's plenty of free on-street parking around the home and storage for bikes :) My timeline is fairly flexible, but will likely be gone October/November until the end of March (6 months).
