The space: - Private bedroom (the blue room in the pics) with shared bathroom. Has open closet space, and ac floor unit. - The rest of the house is fully furnished. The kitchen has most of your standard appliances (coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, etc.) - Living room has a dining table, couch and chairs, piano, and a large tv (see pics). - The basement has a washer and dryer as well as additional storage. - I do have a cat, who is very sweet and friendly, but for that reason I would prefer a tenant who does not have a pet. The lease length will be 6-9 months, as I'm planning on living with my partner come next April and am only renting out till then. This is flexible however so if you are interested but need to stay as late as through the end of May or June then that is possible. I like to keep a relatively clean house so I would love a roommate who shares that in common or is at least willing to commit to whatever system we decide on in that regard.
