This property butts up to the Eno River. Gorgeous 10.5 acres of rolling mostly wooded natural land. It recently had a preliminary Soil/Site evaluation test completed. It was determined that the tract is well suited for a 4-5 bedroom home. There were several places on site that were suitable to build The site perked in 1985. It has expired however. That is why we had a test. We do not have a survey.
