Sunny, bright apartment within easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, entertainment and public transit. First month rent and security deposit and a $225.00 document fee are due at the time of move in, deposit is equal to rent. We will need your most up-to-date pay stub with your request. 3. Public records: We will evaluate court records for charges, convictions, and evictions. 4. Credit history: We will examine your credit balance, collections, and overall debt repayment history. If a cosigner is needed/wanted they will also need to complete an application and provide documentation of income at a minimum of four times the amount of rent, in addition to owning a home in Snohomish County and pre-approved surrounding areas.
