The smaller house is 1BR and 1BA that will rent for $950. The bigger house is a 2BR 1BA and will rent for $1,250. Tenants responsible for their own utilities. The water, trash and sewer will be billed out and split three ways among the other units on the property Three total houses. They are metered separately for the electricity and gas. No pets, no exceptions Must have at least two years on the same job and make at least 2.5 times the rent. We look at credit based on an individual level but prefer good credit.
