Details: This unit is on the far end of our home, separated by our laundry room. It is a small space with no separate bedroom, just the studio (about 300+ sf plus attached bathroom and hall storage), so if you don't have too much stuff and like to live simply, it works well for a single occupant! There is a nice patio space and back yard with McLane creek flowing behind- close enough to hear with your windows open. We do not have additional parking space for campers, extra vehicles, etc., or room for any farm animals as part of this rental. Pet Policy: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any pets in the studio. We have 2 dogs, so being dog friendly is a plus, but we don't have the capacity for more dogs, and have lots of livestock to consider with other pets- cats, horses, chickens, etc. This pet policy is FIRM- please do not schedule a viewing if you have pets. We LOVE animals, but simply cannot have any others in this space. There is a "no flame" policy- so no smoking, candles, incense, etc. is permitted inside the studio.
