The house can be rented either for a year long lease without furniture or with short term lease (month to month) fully furnished. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. If renting short term, the following furniture will be in the house, a king size bed (in main bedroom), a queen size bed (in second bedroom) and 2 twin size beds (in the third bedroom). If renting furnished, you would find everything one would need in a house, example: living room (living room furniture, sofa, loveseat plus 65" TV), dining room (dining room table/chairs), kitchen (equipped with French door refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and utensils), laundry room (washer and dryer), patio/deck with outdoor chairs and table. The house is centrally located, close to downtown Davis, close to shopping, next to greenbelt with many walk/bike paths and playgrounds, 2-minute walking to public transportation. The house is also very closed to K-12 education; only 2 blocks to elementary and high school as well as public library (10 minute walking or 5 minute biking distance), and about 3/4 of mile from junior high school. Wi-fi ($40/month) plus utilities (electricity, gas and water) will be billed base on the usage per month and paid by the renter. Garbage and sewage is paid by the owner. No smoking, no vaping, no illicit/illegal drug use allowed in the property; no overnight guests. Small pets (cats and small dogs) are allowed (pet deposit $2000) Off-street parking in driveway or street parking (mostly in front of the house). If renting short-term, furnished, the lease is for 4 weeks (28 days) and would be renewed month-to-month unless 30 day notice is given. If renting un-furnished, the lease would be 12 month.
