Vaulted ceilings, tons of storage space in kitchen and bedrooms, washer/dryer in unit. Located in a quiet area of town. Our leases are for one year (12 months) with a 60-day notice to vacate. After one year, the lease moves to a 60-day-to-60-day tenancy. All notices are due in writing on or before the 1st of the month. Each adult will need to complete an application and be approved before we will line up any showings. There is NO application fee. Tenants are responsible to pay for electricity and gas. There is no smoking or pets allowed. Cambridge Estates II pays for water/sewer and garbage.
