We're looking for a mature, pleasant, and trustworthy tenant(s) for the upper unit. The apartment has a large living room with ample storage space. The one bedroom is very large. In the shared basement there are hook-ups for your washer and dryer. There is a one car garage with a garage door opener. Enjoy summer more with central air conditioning. Also there is a large yard to enjoy that you can respectfully share with lower tenants. Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water paid by landlords). Tenant responsible for some snow shoveling. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS - No prior evictions or unpaid judgments on CCAP. At least two years of verifiable work and rental history (if your case is exceptional, feel free to drop me a note) and a peaceful / lawful reputation (CCAP). A one year lease is required.
