The house is structured like a duplex with separate living spaces upstairs and downstairs, including a 2 kitchen spaces, 2 entertainment areas, and bathrooms on each floor. Your room is 140 sqft with a walk-in closet and ceiling fan, perfect for a king/queen bed and workspace. Utilities (internet, trash, water, sewer, electricity, gas) are split equally among roommates. To Secure the Room: $40 application fee (includes background and credit checks) $850 security deposit Important: We have a friendly and energetic 60lb Australian Cattle Dog.
