Update: 8/24/2026. House will not be ready until mid September possibly October 1st. Everything inside should be completed by Labor day. I am hoping to have the front yard finished by the second week of September. I had a tree stump ground down and I need to get out as much of the mulch as possible before putting down top soil then sod . I am getting close Pictures were taken on august 14th . I wanted to get listed here asap. Will be completed and ready by September 1 or 8/31/. For the most part the entire inside has been gutted . New toilets, vanitys, appliances, floors, painted all interior walls , trim, and ceilings, kitchen cabinets. A pallet of sod was put down in late July and fresh new landscaping. Very close to Edgewater mall and Biloxi. Several blocks away from the beach and walking distance to Anniston Elementary. College Park is a quiet old and charming neighborhood. My property has 3 very large Live oaks that provide lots of shade for the house in the summer moths. Very large backyard with lots of shade The house is near completion. It will be ready to show this weekend. I live in Oxford and will only be available to show on Saturdays and Sundays Renter pays all utilities and maintains the yard by mowing the grass as needed with a lawn mower provided by the owner. Blow the leaves in the rock/paver area with a blower provided by the owner as needed when they begin to fall. Keep leaves in the back yard raked up as best you can. The owner will try and do this for the renters at least 4 times a year. Owner will make several visits just to check to progress of newly put down sod and complete putting down sod in front yard. The owner will continue to work the area in front yard on weekends until its complete. No smoking inside the house. No pets of any kind.
