The OWNER will determine the TENANT'S eligibility based upon NAHTF regulations. Eligibility at the Income Qualified Rate will be determined upon the execution of this lease agreement and annually thereafter. A TENANT is not displaced in subsequent income reviews if their household income exceeds 120% Area Median Income for Kearney County, however, at that annual review time their monthly rate would increase to the 'Market-Rate' rent upon 30-day notice.
